- Fees include attendance to all elements of the programme, including meals.

- Once you have paid for the booking, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other event.
- If you cannot attend, you may send someone on your behalf to take your place – you must inform us three days before the event to ensure our records are updated.
- If the event is cancelled, we will refund 95% of the fee.
